Questions, answered
Is it just for cafés?
No — 365cups works anywhere customers order food or drinks for pickup or at a table: food trucks, bakeries, juice bars, pubs, market stalls, school canteens, sports clubs. If you take orders and hand them over a counter, it fits.
I already have a menu — do I have to type it all in?
No. Snap photos of your current menu (or upload the PDF) and the AI menu builder drafts your whole 365cups menu — categories, items, prices, sizes and options — for you to review before anything goes live. It flags anything it wasn't sure about instead of guessing.
Is it really free?
Yes. 365cups doesn't charge subscription fees or take a commission on your orders. When customers pay online, Stripe's standard card processing fees apply — and those go to Stripe, on your own Stripe account, at the same rate you'd pay anyway.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Ordering runs in the browser — customers scan a QR code or tap your link, order and pay. Nothing to install, nothing to update.
What hardware do I need?
A tablet you probably already own. Orders arrive on any iPad or Android tablet with a chime and a big Accept button. There's nothing proprietary to buy.
Do you do delivery?
No — and that's deliberate. 365cups is built for pickup and at-table ordering, where you keep 100% of the order instead of a third of it going to a delivery platform.
How do refunds work?
Straight from your Stripe dashboard, like any other card payment. Because the money settles to your Stripe account, you're always in control of it.
Can I pause online orders when we're slammed?
One tap on the tablet pauses new orders (or extends the lead time). Customers see the change instantly.
